  • tax and customs disputes;
  • ongoing legal support for businesses;
  • real estate, inheritance and family property matters.

In construction cases she works with estimates, acts of completed works and technical reports, and prepares questions for court experts.

How She Works With Clients

Before taking a case, she gives an honest assessment of its prospects and risks. Fees are fixed for each stage and set out in a written retainer agreement.

After every procedural step, the client receives a report in English. Communication stays with the advocate personally.

For foreign clients she explains how Russian procedure differs from their home system: written evidence carries most weight, deadlines are short, and court-appointed experts often decide the outcome of technical disputes. Knowing this early helps the client collect the right documents.

Professional Secrecy

Russian law protects advocate's secrecy. Information received from a client, and documents connected with legal assistance, may not be disclosed. The rules are set out in Federal Law No. 63-FZ.

This protection applies to foreign clients equally. It covers correspondence, meeting notes and case files.
